How to use SEC-E9 to cut T60 keys by using the dimple key clamp?

Here is the step-by-step guide for sec-e9 key cutting machine owners to cut T60 key by using the dimple key clamp.


Device:


SEC-E9 key cutting machine

T60 key

Blank new key


Steps to cut T60 keys by SEC-E9 :



Step 1: Decode original key number


Press the “Dimple” button and select “T” “Teas” “T60” to enter the key data



Press “Decode”, then the original key can open cylinder




Fix the original key on top level of the dimple clamp

Note: Please pay attention to the key position



Press “Decode” button to start decoding original key and get the key numbers




Press “Cut” button to enter cutting page


Step 2: Cut new blank key


Fix the new key blank on top level of the dimple clamp

Please pay attention to the key position




Press “Cut” button to start cutting a new key (side A) with SEC-E9

Note: Please remember to close the safe gate




Done with side A

Open the safe gate to clean the clamp& the new key

Then take out the new key

Put side B on the dimple clamp, pay attention to the key position

Repeat the same above operating step as side A to cut side B


Cutting is done!

Open the safe gate to clean the clamp& the new key

Remove the new key

Test the new key, work very well!
