How to Update SEC-E9 key cutting machine

SEC-E9 key cutting machine latest update and how to upgrade EB and EU Version. 



Latest SEC-E9 tablet update info (Released on 12th June, 2019)

1)Software Version: 16.0.0.4, DB version: 15.18

2)Newly added key data includes:


1. Toyota-Corolla 2015 VA2 8 cuts laser key (IC card 1423)

2. Ford-Fiesta 2017 HU198T 10cuts inner groove laser key(IC card 1434)

3. Dacia /Renault HU136 8cuts double side key(IC card 1891)

5. Mazda 10cuts double side key(IC card 20131)

1. Improve Lexus, Chevrolet , Subaru menu: add new choices of manufacture year in and after 2015.

How to upgrade SEC-E9 Tablet PC (EB and EU Version)

After upgrading successfully, the tablet PC will automatically jump to the main page.

Follow the steps below to upgrade

Connect wifi



Click “Setup”-> “Wifi”




Connect wifi well as below



Click “Upgrade check”

Click “Update” when the following interface shown



Note:

1. Please keep the Wifi linked when upgrade

2. Please keep the network smooth

3. Please do not close tablet PC when upgrading

4. Please do not operate the tablet PC when downloading the upgrade files.

5. Please disconnect Wifi after upgrade is done. (Otherwise the system will generate garbage when tablet PC updates automatically. Also cause the system to run slowly.)

How to Cut HU66 Key By SEC-E9

How to Cut HU66 key by using HU66 auxiliary clamp on SEC-E9 key cutting machine . Procedures: Go to SEC-E9 menu Press “Search” button Select “SILCA” to enter key data Use the original key to open cylinder Test OK Use the stopper to help you fix the original key in the correct position Press “Decode” button to start decoding original key and get the key number Get the key number successfully Put the key into the HU66 auxiliary fixture and tighten Select “Cut”-> “1 st  Cut” to start cutting a new key Note: Please remember to close the safe gate It takes about 2 minutes to cutting the key Cutting is done! Open the safe gate to clean the clamp & the new key Take out the new key Fix the other side of the new key blank Press “2 nd  cut” button to start cutting another side key Cutting is complete Test the new key, can work very well!
